ABOUT


Rudy is a depth-oriented clinician who has worked in the mental health field since 2014. He received his M.A in Clinical Counseling  with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy and depth psychology. Rudy has additionally undergone four years of training in experiential group dynamics.

 

Drawing upon clinical and psychological tools that have proven to be effective for himself and others, Rudy is dedicated to helping clients create positive change.

 

Rudy specializes in utilizing depth-oriented psychotherapy to help individuals thrive in their life, assisting couples to restore connection, and helping adolescent and adult males heal, grow, and become whole.

Theoretical Orientation


 Rudy's theoretical base is depth-oriented and person centered. This means holding to the fact that every person has within themselves an inherent wisdom, intelligence, and capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. The role of the therapist is to empower and provide the tools, compassion, and space to help you resolve what is blocking your experience of wholeness. Rudy draws upon CBT, Existential-Humanistic, Family systems with  clinical acumen to best serve the specific difficulties you face. 



Education &    Training


 

Rudy received his M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Rudy additionally completed four years of training in group dynamics from Dubrow & Associates, Chicago IL.
